Fiona's Story

I planned this for weeks and the girls from Adam and Eve made it one of the most fantastic days of my life

The meeting was a usual like meeting one of your best friends and today was no exception, easy chat comfortable chair, cup of coffee magazines to read – no pressure, just a wonderful relaxing feeling, what a preparation for another escape from my normal everyday business life! Yes, the shopping experience is so wonderful, I have been here before and I will certainly be doing it again.

I love the way I am looked after, careful attention to clothing, from foundation wear, lingerie to the appropriate outfit to go shopping in, today I am wearing some clothes I bought on a previous trip as well as boots from my favourite store TK Max, however, my confidence comes from the expert application of make up that totally changes the way I look. I find I feel so different and after a spray of perfume I look, feel and smell like a woman.


Accompanied shopping began with a stroll across the road to catch the bus and tube to Leyton where T K Max and Asda are side by side, George has clothes that are wonderful for occasional wear. Time passes so quickly when you are having fun, browsing through clothes with painted nails just feels so natural, the wonderful thing is that Liza is so attentive, always on hand to ensure that I am comfortable and not being hassled, she is good at holding my handbag whilst I am trying on coats and jackets and excellent at carrying my purchase around.

Today we started at Asda and I found another wonderful pink top and skirt, I love pink it is so feminine and so un masculine. Paying for the clothes is no hassle I do not have to talk, just hand over money and smile, and then it is over to TK Max to look for a coat, unfortunately it is without success for me although Liza was almost tempted by pink tweed coat, but they didn’t have it in my size. For the first time we left TK Max with out buying anything!!


Outside we strolled past a parked police car without a care in the world, except my sore feet, great to sit on the tube again. Two hours on your feet especially in stiletto heels and pointed toes take its toll!! Liza tells me about gel pads and we discuss feminine things on the tube, like using hair wash with conditioner, we also indulge in the modern ability of viewing digital photos taken earlier.

Liverpool street station at 5pm is so busy, however we take time to shop in Boots, I need nail varnish removers and facial cleanser for when I return to my hotel room later this evening.

Deciding that my feet are too sore to cope with Oxford Street today, we return on the No. 8 bus (or was it the 388 bus?) to the sanctuary of Adam & Eve. This is not the end of the shopping day it doesn’t end until you have had a coffee at Adam & Eve and tried on your purchase this is all included in the Adam & Eve shopping experience.


I am so delighted with my new clothes that I want to go straight back out in them I feel so good, natural and raring for more. Liza is so complimentary, she really boosts a ladies confidence and I feel confident to go back to my hotel room dressed, however this has been such a great day that I extend my stay and decide to take Liza over to the O2 bar to celebrate with a Pizza and a bottle of wine before I venture back to my hotel.

A really memorable day that I would recommend to anyone.


The shopping experience is from 11 am, you arrive and leisurely choose your wardrobe, we then give you a make up suitable for shopping and your 4 hour shopping experience begins, it ends when you arrive back at Adam & eve for coffee and a chance to show how your purchases look. The shopping experience is £250. You can extend your shopping experience as Fiona did for £50 an hour.
